Q: It seems that the e-Trace has longer time responses than ever before.

A: It is recommended to check Messages settings in User account environment and to erase historical messages. Time responses are influenced by your internet connection as well.

   

Q: Validity of my certificate expires in a few days. What should I do now?

A: 1st step: Contact certification authority to obtain a new certificate (in accordance with Annex 12 of Auction Rules).
2nd step: Electronically signed e-mail has to be sent at helpdesk.trade@ceps.cz as you receive the new certificate. It is necessary to specify the User account on which the certificate should be assigned to.
3rd step: Administrator of the e-Trace will assign your new certificate to specified User account and you will be asked to login.

   

Q: I uploaded several bids concerning one profile through the web form, but there is only one bid saved in the system.

A: It is recommended to refresh the Bid form anytime you upload a bid. If the form isn't refreshed, the bid concerning one profile could be rewritten.

   

Q: I transferred my allocated capacity from one of my EIC to another. I don't see the capacity on any of my EIC.

A: Choose "Long term" capacity type option in Overview of Transfers use case to view any transfer.
