A: It is recommended to check Messages settings in User account environment and to erase historical messages. Time responses are influenced by your internet connection as well. |

A: 1st step: Contact certification authority to obtain a new certificate (in accordance with Annex 12 of Auction Rules). |

Q: I uploaded several bids concerning one profile through the web form, but there is only one bid saved in the system. |

A: It is recommended to refresh the Bid form anytime you upload a bid. If the form isn't refreshed, the bid concerning one profile could be rewritten. |

Q: I transferred my allocated capacity from one of my EIC to another. I don't see the capacity on any of my EIC. |

A: Choose "Long term" capacity type option in Overview of Transfers use case to view any transfer. |
